Andrea (the lab manager) is awesome.

I must confess. Any "wingeing" you hear from Brady Haran about how long this collab took is 100% true. We filmed this 4 years ago (!). He's bugged me to publish it every two months or so, so as a way to express my sincere apology I'd like to humbly request that you go watch his video and consider subscribing on Objectivity. Also, if you do so, please leave a comment about how it was worth the wait and he should quit his wingeing. Here's his video. (I didn't know about the Genesis Rock!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvhLBzsDwSQ

Also check out Joe Hanson's video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr28zMXQ3bU

the intro and outro clearly shows how easy it is to fake the moon landing! all the other millions of dollars and man hours spent is irrelevant! ....god...

It might be a stupid question but, don't the moon get a lot of asteroids crash into it?
How can they know if it's a natural piece of the moon, or an asteroid piece?
seigeengine - 5 days ago
Yes. Composition, basically. We know what asteroids are made of. We have plenty of examples of them from Earth from various sources. We know what the Moon is made of. We don't just have this one rock. We have 840 lb of rocks collected not just around one landing site, but around many landing sites in totally different places on the Moon.

When the first Mission returned, the president of the USA gave to Brazil one of this rocks. Brazilian president at that time was Emílio Médici and this same president was Bageense, that is how we call someone who has been born in Bagé, in the south of Brazil. The president gave the rock to the small city of Bagé, in Rio Grande Do Sul (Brazil) and it can be found here today.

So how do you keep spending the tax payer money even without leaving the earth for 50 years after the last Apolo? Give first class hospital treatment to a bunch of rocks. And if you need a fcking Band Aid in an american hospital, its better to bring your coins. But that's ok... cause "science" right?. Who needs universal heathcare? thats for commies... Murica.

We will know if those rocks are fake when another country land on the moon.
Jonny Sevent
Jonny Sevent - 15 hours ago
@kui Q - Well all the evidence says that we DID send people to the moon and bring them back. With rocks. You saying that it's not true is an EXRAORDINARY claim that goes against all that evidence. Yet you provide ZERO in credible evidence to back up your claim. So that's why smart and rational people totally ignore your nonsensical assertions.
kui Q
kui Q - 23 hours ago
@Jonny Sevent how do we already knew they are not fake. the technology by then is just not able to deliver such result. until now landing on the moon is not an easy task.

They build a room for 'moon rocks'. So when people ask where is the rock. They can show it to the world. Very far insight indeed.
ColdPhoenix94 - 22 days ago
So basically they can put the pieces together, then ship it back to the moon and place them in their initial places with the same orientation as they were.

Why are they stored in Nitrogen instead of Argon? Was it impossible to separate Argon in the 70s or something?

So I'm really not sure just how many people have noticed, but I fear the documentation aspects of this system.

Just as a glance, Andrea (who seems amazing and would be really awesome to meet) just so happened to state "254" at 14:55 which 254 is noticeable at the left of the page.

Could we start a discussion on how something like this could be resolved? Maybe label maker type system?
Just wanna hear some thoughts.

Fact! some of these "moon rocks" turned out to be nothing more than petrified wood from earth.
Jonny Sevent
Jonny Sevent - 18 days ago
So... NOT a 'fact' then Tommy.
seigeengine - 29 days ago
False! The only "moon rock" that turned out to be petrified wood was never claimed to be a moon rock by any actual authority, and was not one of the moon rock samples given out. It was an unrelated gift that was donated to an art museum, and never verified.

LOL! man never set foot on earth! it was a big Hollywood hoax to bankrupt Soviets as Soviets kept wasting billions in space while their public nose dived into poverty. why can NASA go today with modern tech?
