Just found your senior standing workout. Excellent! although it's obviously pre-virus because you haven't got a cast on your hand. Are there more? Or will you be doing more for the older generation self isolating? I've done your PE every day but something more specific would be great for older people. I'm 60 and can do most of the PE and I've really enjoyed it, and feel more mobile and uplifted, but my husband is 70 and in vulnerable health so self isolating for 12 weeks! He's also less mobile due to a hip replacement so would find the PE hard and definitely can't get down on the floor. Lots of people in the same boat, and lots of them alone without visitors. Wendy
