9:26 you don't get to eat like a pig but yes you will *have* to eat more calories. Sometimes its not easy though... after my 2 hour long runs my body almost rejects food for a while and I have to force myself to eat. That being said, yeah workout days usually mean I need to eat closer to 4000 calories. I get to eat more but I need to eat the majority of that healthy to prevent injury, but I will say that given I eat 4000+ calories on those days, eating 400 empty calories is only ~10% of that day's calories so the amount of crap you can eat goes up if you look at it like that (comparing it to someone who eats like 2000 calories a day where that same snack is almost a quarter of their food, which is very bad)

Trust me, the Greek church split is far easier to convert than the 7-10, even though it's not automatic. Focus on converting the 4-9 split (or the 6-8 split) - both are easily by most decent bowlers, like the 5-7 or 5-10. Look for the 9 (or 8) come off the wall and take out the other two. Ball roll helps. I've left the Greek church maybe 10 times in my life, and converted it twice. Left the 7-10 a thousand times, never converted once. Only seen it done on TV.
